The vendor had sold two properties in Bronte in recent years and didn’t want to go through all of the disruption again. They wanted the sale to remain private, no for-sale-sign, no advertising, no styling, no open homes and as little stress as possible. So that’s what we did for them. We found the purchaser through careful conversations with our network of buyers’ agents. And we achieved a better price for them than their neighbour who sold their mirror-image semi just weeks earlier, using a standard real estate campaign.
This is great evidence of how a tailored approach can obtain better results all round than the standard one-size-fits-all model.
