Mark delivered a result that I was very happy with, consulting with me throughout the process. Honest & direct, dealing with him was a breath of fresh air, very different to previous experience dealing with real estate agents. I have found other agents overpromise and under-deliver, using tricks and treating you like a fool to rack up another sale. I would highly recommend using Trow Jones if you value honesty & integrity and prefer a tailored approach to selling to achieve your objectives.

I have high expectations, which can be difficult to meet. I expect “attention to detail”, “excellent work ethic”, and “financial knowledge”. Thankfully, all of these were covered by Mark.

I didn’t want a salesperson. I wanted a representative who could accurately read expressions of interest and had the maturity, life experience and communication skills to be able to adapt to the various characters that they met.
