Tamarama

A stunning cove with a golden sand beach, backed by a park and small gully, Tamarama is tucked between Bondi and Bronte on the iconic Coastal Path. The beach is home to an alfresco cafe in a sun drenched, sheltered spot. Loved by locals for its surf and affectionately referred to as Glamarama (on account of the beautiful people it attracts), Tamarama is an intimate neighbourhood, built on the cliffs above the beach. Many of the homes command sweeping views and real estate prices are in line with the area’s exclusivity. Fletcher St is home to a convenient post office and locals favourite M Cafe.

Being so small, Tamarama has no school of its own but is divided between the Bondi Public School and Bronte Public School catchment areas. The amenities of Bondi Road are within walking distance of much of Tamarama. Buses link Tamarama with the train station and shopping hub of Bondi Junction.
